The Assistant Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and supporting the financial planning process within the organization.

Kewajiban

• Prepare monthly financial reporting package with accuracy and within timeline.
• Analyze financial data to identify significant differences, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Track, monitor and escalate key financial performances of the business.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual financial budget, forecast, and long-term plans.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams to build trust and gather relevant information for financial analysis.
• Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting field.
• Experience in Retail or Restaurant industries would be beneficial.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA, Business Intelligence, or any Planning software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum FP&A experience of 5 years.
