The Marketing Officer is responsible for identifying prospects, establishing relationships, and creating sales leads for the company. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to marketing strategies.

Kewajiban

• Identify the prospects for Company
• Establish the relationship between Company and prospects
• Create the sale lead of the identified prospects
• Appoint prospect for Company presentation
• Contact prospect and existing customer
• Catch up meeting
• Follow up meeting
• New product/service introduction
• Participate in any company event in order to enhance business opportunity
• Create the sales activity report
• Present Synterra’s company profile and track records to prospect
• Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good organizational ability.
• Up-to-date in market trend and social media technology.
• Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in any field. Preferably in Engineering or Business Administration. Higher degree is acceptable.
• Good computer literate and Microsoft Office skills
• Good command of English
• Good reporting skills and administrative writing skills
• Good skill on telephone and email co-ordination
• Having a meticulousness especially on the important data/information
• Able to understand the overview of Engineering scope
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstration effective time management skills
• Possess strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
• Able to travel upcountry and oversea occasionally with short period (business trip)
• Possess driving license
