The position of Accounts Payable Officer/Senior at Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. involves overseeing accounts payable, preparing payment vouchers, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Kewajiban

• Accounts Payable, Oversee PO and Non-PO invoices, travel and expense functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with the company policies and procedures Record transportation and expense freight forwarder.
• Coordinate Inter-company invoices and reconcile, prepare generate reports such as vendor account balances, aging reports, and reconciliation statements to validate the transactions.
• Prepare payment voucher for local and overseas suppliers and expense claims. Analyze accounts and transactions, reconciling discrepancies related to payments.
• Ensure the accuracy of payment, auditing and tax submission. Withholding tax and VAT, prepare the VAT report and support tax calculation.
• Maintain Fixed Assets records and control

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts payable, GL accounting, Payment voucher, Withholding tax, VAT.
• Good communication in Thai and English.
• SAP, ERP, proficient in Microsoft Office.
