Detail posisi

The Quality Management Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and control systems at project sites, ensuring project quality results without defects or reworks, and coordinating training and safety standards.

Kewajiban

• Implement Quality Assurance, Quality Controls System, and Policy to Project Site Construction.
• Maintain & Controls Quality management as QMR.
• Conduct Quality Awareness & Change Strategies to Team.
• Manage, Monitor, Controls, Improve & Approve Methods Statement for Achieve in Project Quality Results without Defect or Reworks.
• Setup, Monitor, Review, Controls and Improve Method Statement of New Process activities or Review from countermeasure.
• Execute, Monitor and Controls Project Quality Plan (PQP.) or Project Execution Plan (PEP.)
• Coordinate with SYNTEC Academy for Training, Safety Working Standards with safety Dept and apply to team.
• Executive summary Defect reports and countermeasure reports to management.
• Describe monitoring and reporting procedures and process delivering continuous improvement with Procedure dealing with Defects.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil Engineer
• Experience >15 years, Quality Assurance in Construction High Rise Building or Project Consultant.
• Excellence knowledge in Construction Methods & Process.
• Excellence in Quality Assurance & Management System.
• Knowledge in BIM (Preferred)
• Excellent in Change Management
• Good communication skills in Internal & External Stakeholder.
