Detail posisi

The Compensation & Benefits position involves managing payroll processing and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Kewajiban

• Process payroll accurately and timely using payroll software (Empeo).
• Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Calculate wages, deductions, and adjustments as per company policies and regulations.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and deductions.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely benefits processing.
• Ad-hoc assignment from Supervisor.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer Skills: Excellent in MS office suit.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits programs and policies.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
