The Business Development Manager – Commercial & Enterprise UPC is responsible for developing and expanding the commercial and enterprise market in upcountry regions, ensuring sustainable growth through effective sales strategies and collaboration with local sales teams.

• Market Development
Develop and expand the Commercial and Enterprise market in upcountry regions to ensure sustainable growth.
• Sales Strategy and Execution
Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to capture regional market opportunities.
• Sales Team Collaboration
Work closely with the local sales teams to ensure sales targets are met, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
• Performance Tracking
Monitor and follow up on sales performance in the region, ensuring all targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Policy Implementation
Receive and communicate strategies and policies from head office, ensuring alignment and seamless execution within the regional team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Accounting, Warehouse, Logistics, Service Support, Product Manager, etc. to ensure smooth operations and alignment across teams.
• Promotion Planning
Develop and tailor promotions that fit the specific regional market and sales channels.
• Stock Management
Manage stock levels efficiently to ensure product availability aligns with market demand and sales goals.
• Proactive Leadership
Provide hands-on leadership, being a proactive problem solver and driving a "can-do" attitude across the sales team.
• Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the face of the company in the region.
• Execution of Directives
Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned by senior management, ensuring all objectives are met.
