Detail posisi

The Assistant Company Secretary provides comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and is responsible for managing various meetings and reports, ensuring effective communication and organization within the company.

Kewajiban

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands, ensuring a seamless work-life balance for the CEO.
• To be responsible for all Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Credit Committee, Management Committee meetings.
• To prepare annual report and financial statements, financial reports and Management discussion and analysis (MD&A).
• To maintain up-to-date information for investors and stock price movements.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or any related field.
• Experience in company secretary & investor relations from banking, financial services, or listed company.
• Knowledge of Listed Company and SEC & SET rules and regulations.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills, Detail-oriented and Customer centric.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
