The IT Support position involves providing technical assistance and maintenance for IT hardware and software, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Kewajiban

• Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and software used by office staff and production teams.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to computer systems and devices to ensure smooth operations.
• Install, update, and maintain software and IT equipment.
• Oversee the organization’s network systems and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Maintain records and reports on the maintenance of IT equipment.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of IT equipment maintenance, including computers, laptops, and printers.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Understanding of basic network systems (LAN/WAN) and operating systems.
• Proficiency in using IT troubleshooting tools.
• Proven experience in onsite and remote Desktop Supporting Role.
• Proven customer service orientation.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to prioritise jobs accordingly.
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willing to take responsibilities and work outside of normal business hours.
• Detailed knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows 10, 7, Microsoft Office 2010, 365, and image and application deployment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2010, 2012, 2016, backup technology and processes, LAN/WAN/Wireless Technology, and systems and network security.
• Preferable: Experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in CAD/CAM Application Support, and awareness of current technology and advances in the field of IT.
