Detail posisi

The Critical Infrastructure Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure, working in shifts, and supporting various teams while ensuring compliance with procedures.

Kewajiban

• Performs effective and accurate installation, maintenance, and reparation of the critical infrastructure.
• Works in shift operation as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
• Provides the requested report and document in CMMS.
• Supports the facility, project, development, and construction teams.
• Responds to customer requests for cooling, mechanical, power and facility audits.
• Investigates any cooling, power or communication anomalies.
• Responds to and investigates out of ordinary sight, smells, and sounds.
• Performs tasks as assigned by Management.
• Reports immediately to Supervisor/Manager any performing tasks and/or occurrences that conflict with the CIOPS procedure.

Kualifikasi

• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills both Thai and English.
• Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively with contractors installing, performing maintenance, or upgrading work on systems installed in the data center environment.
• Ability to analyze and make suggestions for problem resolution.
• Solve problems with good initiative and sound judgment.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in use in a data center environment. This may include air handling units, cooling towers, electrical feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, DC power systems, ATS/STS units, PDU units, and fire suppression systems.
• Must be familiar with safety requirements and OSHA regulations governing an industrial facility.
• Interprets wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Special consideration will be given if the applicant can use CAD software.
• Certification: Mechanical, Electrical engineering or any certifications relevant to job field.
• Education: Diploma or higher.
• Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in production, facilities, mechanical, or electrical maintenance.
