The Key Account Manager - Modern Trade FMCG at GQ Apparel is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key partners, and ensuring the profitability of nominated accounts.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement sales strategy for Modern Trade FMCG Channel and nominated accounts to ensure sales objectives and profitability are achieved
• Build a relationship with key partners to strengthen the business relationship and encourage them to drive growth
• Lead in commercial negotiations and develop commercial terms with business partners to ensure the best possible outcome for the company
• Monitor Trade spending and ROI by account and prepare budget for the following fiscal year
• Analyze sales data and market situation to quickly identify sales opportunities and recommend short and long-term sales strategy
• Recommend for in-store communication improvement
• Manage the distribution and merchandising of existing and new products, ensure product visibility and stock availability at all storefront
• Ensure all NPD and sales promotional programs are thoroughly planned, agreed upon, and implemented with partners
• Conduct monthly sales forecast and supply chain management with partners to ensure that all products are always available in-store and inventory levels are reflecting the market dynamic
• Conduct monthly account profitability studies on nominated accounts and recommend for improvement initiatives
• Communicate information about policies, terms, and conditions of products and services to the nominated accounts
• Be accountable for any other assignments relating to function as allocated by the supervisor
Kualifikasi
• At least 2 years of work experience in modern trade
• Bachelor degree
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Service-minded, creative, innovative thinker, enthusiastic, accountable for the assignments, and be able to support internal stakeholders
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Thai – mandatory, English - preferred
• Positive & ‘can do’ attitude leading to open to new challenges, dynamic change and can drive team motivation & high commitment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
