On June 26th, 1989, a group of experienced personnel and experts in land development including architects, engineers, and scholars jointly founded the Supalai Corporation Limited, a real estate development company for both residential and commercial purposes, with a registered capital of 100 million baht. In the early stages, the company operated mainly on building housing estate projects with residential single detached houses and townhouses. In later years, the company has expanded its business to development of condominiums, office buildings, resorts, and hotels for commercial purposes, which then became the heart of the companyâs missions, including:
