The Human Resources Organization Development Officer (HROD) is responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing HR policies, plans, and systems that align with organizational strategies and national labor legislation.
Kewajiban
• Analysis and Develop and implement Human Resource policies, procedures and systems and ensure consistency and harmony with the HR/OD framework and national labor legislation
• Analysis and Develop and implement human resource plans that are aligned to the country strategy, plans and priorities
• Analysis and Develop and implement employee welfare and wellness services including medical schemes, insurance, security, work life balance
• Analysis and Develop and implement Human Resource information systems, records and reports including availability and accuracy of information thereof
• Monitor HR trends and business trends to develop OD policy & solutions to well respond to the challenges
• Any ad hod
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Engineering and/or related field
• At least 3-5 Years relevant work experience in OD or HR related field
• Systematic and analytical skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and work collaborative
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good command of English
• Creative and takes initiative
