The Ortho marketing specialist is essentially a brand ambassador who is expected to develop creative marketing and communication strategies that increase brand awareness for the target customer segments, providing data-driven recommendations on the most effective marketing channels, tactics and resources allocation.
Kewajiban
• Oversee the production of high-quality marketing content and promotion assets, as well as prepare scientific supporting documents, to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints including in-clinic branding and POS materials.
• Supporting proofread on the translation, get aligned and obtain approval with relevant teams (legal, RA, clinical, TFDA if needed).
• Coordinate offline marketing initiatives such as events & conferences and provide onsite event logistic support with external vendors and agencies as needed.
• Coordinate the creation of visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, including websites, social media, and email newsletters.
• Curate compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience and industry trends.
• Plan, execute, and report on End-to-End digital marketing campaigns, with a specific emphasis on Marketing Automation and SEM (SEO and SEA) to ensure effective lead generation, nurturing, and engagement (emails, content creation, SEO optimization).
• Utilize AEM and SFDC as the Content Management System to publish and manage digital content effectively.
Kualifikasi
• Strong understanding of audience based targeting and hands-on experience in building high performing omni-channel and influencer campaigns.
• Strong sense of brand ownership and proven experience of visual communications.
• High attention to detail, well organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Canva, In-Design, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Working knowledge of CRM system experience (ideally Salesforce) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of CMS management (ideally Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience working with digital marketing agency is highly welcome.
