Detail posisi

Work with Manager to develop market planning programs that fully drive and support the store expansion. This helps the company better serve its growth and client’s satisfaction and develop analytical skills in spanning multiple store channels. This position is located in head Office or potentially survey 2-3 days per week.

Kewajiban

• Planning & Organizing: My be an informal or formal team leader, or act as a facilitator or mentor. May lead functional team or projects.
• Maintaining up-to-date information, gathering, monitoring all lists below in order to apply and guide this information on internal terms in development plan and execution
• Gathering all related secondary data from the government organization
• Deliver routinely update to ensure we complete and have up to date information and also developing the market holding capacity.
• Designing, creating, managing and testing the efficient market Planning system to generate a continued reliable result
• Conducts and update market planning tools ex. Retails Trade Zone (RTZ), traffic count, Top Tails analysist and traffic capture rate. Also, coordinates with supplier and student trainees for surveying and other requested data for further development.
• Efficiency and effectively applying ATLAS into market planning scope based on sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the company’s store sales and long-term profitability.
• Preparing and managing data presentation to back up decision markets for new site proposed.
• Responsible for information and data input of store attribute and IMF system for Real Estate team, and Store Development Department.
• Update weekly for Markets news and the Market movement.
• Supporting other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Kualifikasi

• Has experience in analytics function within Macro and Microeconomics with 2-3 years financial projections (IRR), research study and field work, multiple regression, time series analytics and model formulation is preferable.
• Experience with data mining tools (e.g. R, Python etc.)
• Must have background in statically analysists.
• Strong capabilities in operations MS Office, SPAA, Internet and Map
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistic or Economics is preferable.
