The HR Digital Solutions position involves supporting the Workday HCM system, participating in HR digital projects, conducting data analysis, and facilitating communication and coordination within the HR team and other departments.
Kewajiban
• Learn and assist in maintaining and enhancing the Workday HCM system.
• Help troubleshoot issues and respond to user requests under guidance.
• Support system configuration and customization according to organizational needs.
• Join the team in implementing projects such as introducing an Application Tracking System, Payroll Application, and BI Dashboard.
• Assist in standardizing and improving business processes within the Workday system.
• Support the design and enhancement of master data for Jobs, Organizations, and Compensation.
• Help create HR reports and conduct data analysis.
• Support the development of dashboards and data analytics tools.
• Coordinate with the HR team and other departments to gather requirements and provide system support.
• Assist in liaising with vendors and the Group Digital Solutions team as necessary.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn Workday and other HR technologies.
• Stay updated on trends and new technologies in HR Technology.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Interest and foundational knowledge in information technology.
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems and tools.
• Capable of analyzing data and business processes.
• Attention to detail with logical thinking.
• Proficient in both Thai and English.
• Able to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Positive attitude towards learning new things.
• Willingness to accept guidance and continuously develop oneself.
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Skilled in coordination and building good relationships.
• Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Disciplined and responsible in assigned duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge or experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
