The HR Admin and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing office administration tasks and providing support to the HR department, ensuring smooth operational support and effective management of various HR functions.
Kewajiban
• Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operational support.
• Provide general administration support to HR department as required including access card (office and building), telephone, copy machine, computer and email and etc.
• Assist various HR tasks such as contract documents, maid, meeting or booking company car, answering partner inquiries etc.
• Manage and be responsible for all activities of company driver, maids and messengers.
• Prepare partners facilities.
• Provide and maintain office supplies, office support service such as process to purchase, checking with Supply Chain or other departments.
• Responsible for administration tasks such as contact with vendor to prepare visa or work permit (if needed), hotel & flight booking, stationery stock control, office management, etc.
• Manage cost efficient & cost effective delivery of office admin. services.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Admin. or related.
• More than 7 years of experience as senior HR admin.
• Effective HR Administration and management skills.
• Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skill.
• Fluent in both Thai and English both written & verbal communication skill.
