The HR & Admin Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient HR operations services, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, maintaining employee records, and liaising with management on HR matters.
Kewajiban
• Deliver efficient and effective HR operations services to employees
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external parties
• Maintain and update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents
• Liaise with manager and/or regional HR on HR matters and cascade relevant information to local team member
• Responsible for day-to-day HR & Admin duties and tasks
• Handle pre-employment related processes and conduct local employee orientation
• Involve in payroll processing and administer compensation and benefits locally
• Responsible for maintaining employee handbook, HR manual documentation, personnel files, shared drive and related systems/databases up to date
• Provide HR Management reporting as require by the Management
• Support goal setting, performance reviews and other HR processes as guided by manager
• Assist in managing staff movement such as transfer, promotion and exit/separation management such as resignation, termination and contract ending
• Ensure and implement of human resource practices in line with the Company goals and the Employment Law/statutory compliance
• Attend to employee queries related to pay, leave and other benefits and internal or external audits as required
• Administer employee engagement initiatives, wellness or charity events and other employee activities
• Coordinate interviews of candidates locally if/as required
• Office administration including but not limited to creating vendor and payment of invoices
• Any other ad-hoc assignment/task that required by the manager
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business or a HR related qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience as a human resource & Administrative generalist
• Experience working in a multinational company is an added advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work independently
• A good team player with strong sense of responsibilities
• Able to work under pressure and in meeting deadlines
• Familiar with MS Office such as Excel, Words & Powerpoint
