The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the brand's official social media accounts, developing creative content, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective campaigns and performance analysis.
Kewajiban
• Manage official brand accounts on social media platform, including strategic planning, budget allocation, content, media planning & buying and implementing effective campaigns.
• Develop creative contents and ideas tailored to different platforms, write a strong headline message for each content posting captions and well managed post scheduling.
• Manage KOLs selection within the allocated budget, suggest up and coming creator especially on TikZTok, negotiate agreement including scope of work and payment terms, initate content pillar, brief & collaborate to develop engaging content and track performance of KOL's affiliation in terms of awareness, engagement and sales.
• Manage TikTok live streaming; co-ordinate with marketing team to ensure live content and promotion align with the campaign strategy, working with production team to ensure smooth execution including managing live rooms, monitoring real-time audiences' interactions, and processing orders during live sessions.
• Work closely with E-commerce team to analyze commercial results of content and optimize it based on data.
• Work closely with agency to analyze and set KPIs for better AD performance.
• Collaborate with internal team to initiate campaigns and to ensure cohesive messaging, analyze data and evaluate campaign performance to provide insightful recommendation.
• Monitor market trends, social trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key challenges.
• Develop as a team manager to well delegate work and ensure that team members can execute social media strategies in every platform to align with brand' strategy and business goals.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in marketing for digital and social media contents or well-renowned creative agency.
• Beauty or Cosmetics experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding on social media; Instagram, Facebook. TikTok, X, YouTube.
• Well managed budget and media planning, familiar with the rules and algorithms of increasing fans and engagement on various social media is preferred.
• Hands on experience of contents creation, contents design brief, and copywriting, TikTok short VDO production and LIVE streaming operation.
• Good analytical, logical, and strategic thinking, complex problem solving, strong communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
• Can-do attitude, eager to learn, detail-oriented, creativity, teamwork and multitasks.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Fluent in Thai, Good command of English would be a plus.
