The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for creating strategies and tactics for product growth, conducting market surveys, planning product launches, and managing campaigns while ensuring effective communication between teams.
Kewajiban
• Create strategy and tactics by category + seeking new opportunity for growth.
• Consumer insight & market survey.
• Plan new product launch (NEW, redesign, new size).
• Forecast sales for new products.
• Target & Forecast sales for the campaign.
• Project leader for the campaign (control timeline, co-partner (external & internal), implement all material for support campaign (Sale kits, presentation to partners).
• Set standard price structure for trade marketing.
• Handle and solve problems for product issues.
• Act as the key liaison between the sales team, the New Product development team, and the brand communication team.
• Maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
• Educate another department on current product messaging.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing manager role, brand manager, product manager or similar position.
• Strong analytical skills and market understanding.
• Ability to manage budgets and develop marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
