ผู้ควบคุมประจำหม้อน้ำหรือหม้อต้มมีหน้าที่ในการควบคุมและดูแลการทำงานของ Boiler รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย.

Kewajiban

• ควบคุม ดูแลประจำ Boiler
• ตรวจความเรียบร้อยของ Boiler และ Air Com /Air Dryer รวมถึง valve ข้อต่อต่างๆ
• ตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ มีการรั่วไหลหรือชำรุด และค่าควบคุมต่าง ๆ
• จดบันทึกระดับน้ำมันที่จะจ่ายเข้า Boiler และเครื่อง HotOil
• จดบันทึก และตรวจสอบระดับน้ำในถังพักน้ำอยู่ในระดับที่พอจ่ายเข้า Boiler
• จดบันทึก meter การใช้น้ำ และน้ำมัน
• จดบันทึก และตรวจสอบค่า pressure แรงดันปั้มจ่ายน้ำมันเข้า Boiler ให้อยู่ในค่ามาตราฐาน
• จดบันทึก และตรวจสอบค่า pressure steam ของ Boiler
• จดบันทึก และตรวจสอบระดับน้ำใน Boiler ให้อยู่ในระดับที่กำหนด
• จดบันทึก และตรวจสอบ Temp Boiler ไม่ให้เกิน Set Point
• จดบันทึก และตรวจสอบควันของ Boiler ที่ปล่อยออกมาขึ้นสู่ท่อระบายควัน
• ตรวจสอบระบบ BowDown Boiler ต้องมีการระบายน้ำออกตามเวลาที่กำหนด
• ควบคุม ดูแลคุณภาพน้ำใน Boiler ให้เป็นไปตามประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เรื่องคุณสมบัติของน้ำสำหรับหม้อน้ำ

Kualifikasi

• การศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาเครื่องกล หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรผู้ควบคุมประจำหม้อน้ำหรือหม้อต้มที่ใช้ของเหลวเป็นสื่อนำความร้อน (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุม Boiler มาแล้วอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีความสามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงาน 6 วัน หยุด 1 วัน ได้
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
