The Company and subsidiaries has been engaging in the manufacturing of auto part for vehicle industry such as passenger car, pick-up, trucks and agriculture machinery industry. The main major customers are the original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) both domestic and international market with the long term purchase contract and the replacement equipment manufacturer (“REM”) The operation of each company in the group has the policy to grow together with customers, focus on creating values to the organization and stakeholder with differential products. In term of operation, each company shall operate its business in the business unit (“BU”) of the organization. The Board of Directors shall stipulate the overall policy to be applied to each company in the group which all executives in each function shall directly report to the President. Each company has set goal, strategy and following up the performance through the Executive Committee regularly. The Company's subsidiaries include Somboon Malleable Iron Industrial Company Limited, Bangkok Spring Industrial Company Limited, International Casting Products Company Limited, and Somboon Forging Technology Company Limited.

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing cash flow management, financial analysis, and investment strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and support business performance improvements.

Kewajiban

• Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvements.
• Monitor daily cash positions and take necessary actions to optimize cash balances.
• Oversee the company’s payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions and hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks.
• Develop and implement investment strategies for excess cash, ensuring optimal returns while managing risk.
• Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities to management.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations on cash management, working capital, and investment strategies.
• Coordinate with the bank to establish credit facilities and maintain good relationships with the bank.
• Manage foreign exchange forward contracts to mitigate exchange rate risk.
• Prepare monthly Cash-in/Cash-out reports, Rolling Cash-in/Cash-out forecasts, and the annual Cash-in/Cash-out budget.
• Manage the cash reserves from operations to maximize returns.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support in decision-making processes.
• Assist in project evaluations, capital expenditures, and resource allocation.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of Experience in Treasury Management, Cash flow forecasting, or a related financial role of Automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good command in English communication.
