The System Analyst position involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing systems, developing and maintaining systems, managing projects, providing technical support, creating documentation, and continuously improving systems.

Kewajiban

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technology requirements
• Study feasibility and analyze the value of operations to make decisions on system development
• Design and document system architecture, data models, and workflows
• Develop system specifications, maps, and diagrams to explain system details and operations
• Work with development and IT teams to implement new systems or enhance existing systems
• Review and test systems to ensure quality standards are met
• Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues for operational systems
• Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems and ensure system stability
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides
• Train users and IT teams on systems and new functionalities
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay updated on technology knowledge and industry trends to propose solutions for new challenges

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a System Analyst or related position
• Proficient in English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to adapt to organizational culture and communicate effectively
