The ERP Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, supporting and maintaining systems, managing data and reporting, training and supporting users, coordinating and communicating with teams, and improving and developing systems.

Kewajiban

- Analyze and understand the business processes of the organization
- Define and prepare business requirement documents for ERP system enhancements
- Maintain and monitor the continuous operation of the ERP system
- Identify and resolve issues in the ERP system to ensure smooth operation
- Create and enhance reports from the ERP system to support management decision-making
- Check and manage data in the system to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Provide guidance and training to users on ERP system usage
- Answer questions and efficiently resolve user issues
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure ERP system meets business requirements
- Coordinate with external ERP service providers for additional support
- Identify opportunities for ERP system improvements and propose new developments
- Test and review changes or upgrades to the ERP system to ensure proper functionality

Kualifikasi

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP Analyst or related positions
- Proficient in English language (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to adapt to the organization and communicate effectively
