Detail posisi

The Production Manager is responsible for managing the production schedule, production control, and output within the Machine & Ceramic Department.

Kewajiban

• Ensure work flow of production activities & quality control.
• Attend in Quality & Productivity improvement. (PDCA), 5Ms management.
• Motivate and develop a relative production team.
• Ensure line balancing & optimal machine utilization.
• Ensure good housekeeping in production area.
• Initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot, provide solutions, and action to prevent the occurrence.
• Verify the implementation of solutions and action taken.
• Supervise the Supervisors, Engineer including all Workers in section.
• Conduct in-Section training for production staff.
• Adhere to meet company target. (quality, cost, delivery.)
• Provide equate resources for performance of work.
• Follow the Quality policy, Environment policy, Safety policy including 6S improvement.
• Other jobs assign by Division Manager.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Engineering Management.
• Strong management skills, problem-solving, decision making, high leadership, proactive and good analytical skills.
• At least 7 – 10 years experience in Production management and 5 years up in Management Level.
• Experience in Japanese Company will be advantage.
• Good knowledge of CNC-EDM operation and maintenance will be advantage.
• Analytical and management skill of Engineer or related function.
• Knowledge of quality system, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
• Able to start working will be an advantage.
• Have a passion for improvement and developing the organization.
• Have Experience and knowledge in Planning Production Process will be an advantage.
• Work alternate Saturdays. (ทำงานวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
