The Import - Export Section Manager is responsible for overseeing the import clearance process, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting both air and sea freight operations.

Kewajiban

• Import clearance process under BOI inbound.
• Control cost for import and export shipment.
• Follow up and support Air, Sea freight.
• Monitor every shipment since pick up shipment at origin until arrival BKK or delivery to customer.
• Prepare and control document etc. HAWB, invoice, packing list, pre alert, AWB and B/L.
• Prepare monthly expense report to manager meeting.
• Support for Export procedure and documentation requirement.
• Monitor shipments to ensure compliance of regulations.
• Tracking and tracing the progress of shipments.
• Negotiation on whether or not to be subject to BOI.
• Management and execution of BOI related matters as a whole.

Kualifikasi

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Good command of English and plus computer skills.
• At least 8 years experience in BOI Import & Export, Purchase Mat' control in manufacturing company and at least 5 years in Supervisor, Chief.
• Trustworthy, loyal, honest and independent.
• Accuracy, carefulness and through good analytical and diagnostic capability.
• Experience in Japanese Company will be an advantage.
• Can work under pressure and fast learner.
• Able to start working will be an advantage.
• Have knowledge in Import Export, customs clearance, sea & air freight or boat.
• Work alternate Saturdays. (ทำงานวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
• Person who has BOI related experience 5 years or more.
