• Handle and manage all administrative tasks for the store.
• Maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and transactions.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating shifts for staff.
• Manage and organize paperwork, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained in the store.
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Monitor and track inventory levels.
• Ensure proper stocking and replenishment of products.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for stock ordering and delivery management.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or sales activities.
• Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist in training and supervising store staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Support the store manager in implementing store objectives and goals.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff performance.
• Provide insights to store management for improving operations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail or store management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar office software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
