• Understand business objectives and leverage diverse data sources to develop dashboards, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Explore and understand the data warehouse and database structures of varying complexity to lead effectively analysis and delivery.
• Support data and analysis for executive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as well as for ad-hoc business inquiries.
• Work closely with the Developer and Marketing teams to extract data and establish processes required for various business functions and analyses.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements by automating manual tasks and optimizing data delivery.
• Handle enterprise-wide large datasets with flexibility in learning new platforms, techniques, and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, or other BI tools and development platforms) for analysis and solution delivery.
• Utilize one or more analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and tools, while remaining adaptable and open to learning additional tools as needed to effectively solve business problems.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a data analytics role or a similar position, with experience in education analytics preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets, Excel, any version of SQL, R or Python, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience with analytical methods, business process analysis & analytics enablement.
• Have strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership through technical writing, white papers, and storytelling presentations.
• Advanced competency and expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, association rules, etc.), with experience in deployment to solve business problems.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn new IT technologies and collaborate closely with business teams.
