Business Development Consultant leads efforts to expand into new markets, aiming to enhance market position and drive financial growth. They collaborate across departments, including senior management, and internal teams to maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, they engage with external entities such as trade organizations to identify prospective clients, conduct presentations, convert leads into clients, and foster long-term business growth.
Kewajiban
• Seek opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector;
• Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company;
• Develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;
• Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements.
Kualifikasi
• Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a corporate or business-focused environment.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully securing new business through effective pitches.
• Display proactive, energetic, and self-motivated characteristics.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Capable of handling multiple assignments under deadline pressure.
• Enjoy engaging with potential clients to expand, maintain, and leverage networks.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to connect with people of various styles and levels.
• Represent the company in a professional and consultative manner.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen.
• Possesses highly articulate verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English and Thai (TOEIC score equivalent to above 700).
• Exhibits good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of developing and delivering impactful presentations.
• Shows a strong drive for achievement and a customer service-oriented approach.
