Lead Generator with Account Management Executive position at Dream Master in Asok, Bangkok, focusing on increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Recommend the company’s products to both existing customers and build a new customer base to increase sales and customer base for the company's products.
• Inquire and follow up on customer satisfaction regarding services and products after sales.
• Coordinate with the company's accounting department to follow up with customers and act as an intermediary in tracking payment from customers under your care.
• Analyze data to improve service quality.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business English or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years' quota carrying Account Management and CRM Sales experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Have a cold call with customers and handle the account management for Sales team and discuss with the head team for the target per day, per week, per month and quarterly and yearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Having experience in Sales Project or the Business to Business (B2B) as the account management and lead generation.
• Have the background in Mattress or bedding or furniture firm is plus.
• Can start to work immediately is a plus.
