The Inventory Control (Billing & Invoicing) will oversee all invoicing operations and manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment. They will work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure inventory is well-coordinated and financial records are aligned.
Kewajiban
• Generate invoices for customer orders and verify product prices.
• Track inventory levels and manage reorders to avoid stockouts.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor inventory movements.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly and annual stocktaking processes.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management and invoicing.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exellent in Thai and Good in English Communication.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and ERP software.
• Can start to work immediatly is plus.
