The HR Generalist Executive is responsible for overseeing various human resource functions, including visa and work permit processing, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This role supports the organization’s goal of building a strong, diverse, and effective workforce while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Kewajiban

• Manage end-to-end work permit and visa application processes for expatriate employees, including renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies (e.g., Immigration, Labor Department) to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee visa and permit statuses.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding immigration policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the interview process with relevant stakeholders.
• Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires with providing the Onboarding & Orientation Session with a new employee.
• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure employee data is accurately maintained in HR systems.
• Assist in information preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., Personal Information, Data to purchase the working equipment of employees).
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
• Monitor training attendance and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Coordinate and streamline digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of HR documents.
• Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of employee data, including contracts, benefits enrollment, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and termination records.
• Facilitate the resignation process, ensuring timely receipt and documentation of resignation letters.
• Coordinate and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for organizational improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality while documenting and analyzing feedback from departing employees.
• Other assignments from an HR Manager and the Management Team.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Psychological Science, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations.
