The General Ledger Accountant will manage the core financial ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation of accounts. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining financial records for audit purposes.
Kewajiban
• Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable and payable.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and weekly AR/AP reconciliations.
• Analyze stock and variance reports, and report discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy of all journal entries and accruals.
• Assist in financial audits and regulatory reporting.
• Reconciliation of fixed asset register monthly.
• Reconciliation of PP30, PND1, PND3, PND53.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (EXACT or SAP or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and auditing processes.
• Worked in a marketing agency or e-commerce company and has experience in reconciling for marketplace channels such as Lazada, Shopee, and online platforms such as Facebook, Line Official, or Tiktok.
• Can start to work immediately is a plus.
