The Export Account Executive (Sales) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with international clients, ensuring seamless product delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing existing client accounts, handling new customer onboarding, securing approvals from hospitality groups, and managing logistics coordination. The position also requires data management, reporting, and working closely with the Director of International Business on various assignments.

Kewajiban

• Manage existing international client accounts.
• Take over management of new customers once the first order is finalized by the Business Development Executive.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Work on securing approvals from different hospitality groups.
• Prepare and manage quarterly reports for various hospitality groups.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Review all export documentation to ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
• Manage and maintain client data in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Use HubSpot to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate insights for strategy development.
• Work on any other assignments related to the role as provided by the Management.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Management or related fields (MBA is a plus).
• 2 - 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in an export manufacturing setup.
• Proficient in English and Excellent in Thai.
• Experience in international sales, account management, or export operations.
• Experience in an export manufacturing setup is desirable.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
• Experience in CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
