The Recruitment Manager at SKY Group will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies and managing a high-performing recruitment team. This position is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the company meets its hiring goals of 100 heads per month across a wide range of roles, including mass hiring, specialists, tech, and back-office positions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience across various industries, along with strong leadership abilities to supervise a team of 10-15 recruiters.

• Optimize Recruitment Processes: Evaluate and refine existing recruitment procedures to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Implement new strategies to stay competitive in the talent market.
• Supervise and Lead Recruitment Team: Oversee, guide, and mentor a team of 10-15 recruiters, ensuring they meet their individual and team performance goals. Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to maximize team success.
• Meet Hiring Targets: Ensure the recruitment team fills at least 100 positions per month, including mass hiring, specialist roles, technical positions, and back-office functions. Maintain a balance between volume and quality hires.
• Collaborate with Department Heads: Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and anticipate future recruitment demands. Align recruitment strategies with company objectives.
• Monitor and Improve Key Recruitment Metrics: Track important recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention rates) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Sourcing and Talent Pool Development: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• External Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend conferences, job fairs, seminars, and other industry events to build and maintain a strong professional network. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews for high-level and specialist roles. Create shortlists of qualified candidates and provide guidance to team members on best interview practices.
Kualifikasi
• Experience: Over 7 years of recruitment experience across various industries, with a proven ability to recruit mass positions, specialists, technical roles, and back-office staff.
• Leadership: Experience supervising a recruitment team of 10-15 members, with strong management and leadership skills.
• Performance-Driven: Ability to consistently meet hiring goals, with a track record of filling at least 100 heads per month.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience or background in Engineering and IT industries is preferred.
• Recruitment Metrics: Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data to drive continuous improvements.
• Communication and Networking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to network and build relationships with both internal.
