The Customer Operation Support position focuses on ensuring efficient and effective operations within the application platform, enhancing customer service quality, and maintaining compliance with legal standards.
Kewajiban
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Prepare reports on performance metrics, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Regularly update and manage airport information on six AOT websites and the SAWASDEE platform.
• Collaborate with airport authorities and stakeholders to gather accurate and current data.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Purchasing, Product, Marketing, Business Development to align operations.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the travel or tech industry.
• Experience working with mobile applications is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
