Detail posisi

The Business Analyst will focus on assessing and improving business processes, modernizing systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Kewajiban

• Assessing and identifying areas for improvement in the company’s present business processes
• Modernizing systems by investigating and evaluating new process improvement and contemporary business practices
• Presenting concepts and results at meetings
• Coaching and training key project stakeholders
• Developing ideas in accordance with the demands and needs of the business
• Creating projects and monitoring their development
• Cooperating with stakeholders and users
• Maintaining close communication with senior management, partners, clients, and technicians

Kualifikasi

• Minimum BA degree, Accounting, Business, IT, Computer Science.
• Having SAP or other on-the-shelf ERP experience is preferable.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Good English communication
• Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in eliciting requirements and testing is preferable.
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
