The Instructional Design Executive is responsible for designing learning activities and collaborating with experts to create effective training programs.

Kewajiban

• Design learning activities, assignments and assessments based on learning objectives
• Partnering with Subject Matter Expert and vendor to design the learning curriculum
• Conduct effective training needs analysis

Kualifikasi

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major
• Min. 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development, especially in instructional design
• Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Placement in Karawaci, Tangerang (full WFO)
