The Tooling Engineer position involves providing and preparing production machine tools, leading maintenance and standardization efforts, and ensuring compliance with company regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Kewajiban
• Provide and prepare the production machine tools to set and adjust at machines for production process in order to maintain the tools qualities and efficiencies.
• Machining work for spare parts and maintenance as some spare parts making, machine parts repair.
• Lead breakdown analysis on Tool issue with MT and PD team. Preventive actions need quick win and no repeated.
• Review and prepare spare part and consumable parts. Need part available and optimize stock. Part incoming inspection compare with drawing last updated.
• Lead standardization of Tool Maker in term of operation, setting up, adjusting and preventive maintenance program. Improve lead time all activities.
• Lead Preventive maintenance program as follow up plan, spare part available, tool and work instruction. Summary activity and feedback any abnormal to team with solution.
• Cost reduction on consumable parts. Best utilize with concern production quality.
• Responsible to join, co-operate and follow all implementations/ activities concerning the company rules & regulations, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Acceptable Use Policy, Basic Security Awareness, Advance Security Awareness, Information Protection, Competencies Framework, Social Media Guideline, safety & quality systems, QMS, BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety, Environmental Health and Safety.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Tooling Engineering related fields.
• Experienced at least 5 years of Tooling Pin & Die.
• Technical Skill Tooling Pin & Die, Cutting Tool for following:
• Predictive, Preventive of tooling expertise.
• Tool and Die setting, qualifying, calibrating.
• Standard tool setting.
• Measurement tool (Micrometer, roughness meter, precision machining alignment tool, e.g. Laser, dial gage, fit and tolerance, torque control)
• CAD CAM (AutoCAD)
• Technical Drawing (Tooling, Component, Spare parts)
• Tooling Spare Part Control.
