Siemens ASEAN has an exciting opportunity to lead and grow sales of the entire Industrial Communications, Networking, Identification & Cybersecurity portfolio in the region. This role commands a critical resource providing domain expertise, product, and solution guidance to customers on industrial networking architecture, design, and implementation.

Kewajiban

• Drive Growth: Lead and expand the Business Segment across ASEAN with full P&L responsibility, managing a regional team of sales specialists.
• Target Success: Focus on key accounts for communication & networking products, driving opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
• Channel Partnerships: Develop and execute partner marketing programs, supporting and training sales and channel partners.
• Technical Expertise: Provide consultative support and technical guidance for Communication & Networking products, offering pre- and post-sales assistance with engineer deployment as needed.
• Opportunity Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and close key opportunities, coordinating cross-functional efforts for training, tools, and marketing support.
• Consultative Selling: Assist distributors and solution partners with Industrial Communication & Networking solutions while guiding business and product introduction plans.
• Product Innovation: Influence product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and competitive intelligence, collaborating with marketing to implement effective strategies.

Kualifikasi

• Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering, or any relevant disciplines.
• Technical Proficiency: Possess at least 5 years of regional sales management experience in ASEAN, including leading sales individuals across multiple countries.
• Sales & Technical Expertise: Sales and technical experience and basic knowledge of industrial automation solution sets and architectures.
• Networking Expertise: Understand networking products as essential components of automation systems.
• Value Proposition: Clearly demonstrate the unique differentiators of Siemens product lines.
• Automation Knowledge: Proficient in key components of automation systems (PLCs, HMI, SCADA).
• Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the industrial automation value chain, including system integrators, OEMs, and end-users. Familiar with various network and security vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Nozomi, HP Aruba).
• Certified Professional: Hold professional network and security certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent).
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong domain knowledge of Cybersecurity in Industrial Control Systems.
