Detail posisi

The Customer Service position involves managing customer orders, shipping, payment preparation, and stock control, while ensuring effective communication with suppliers and customers.

Kewajiban

• Received Order from Customer
• Shipping & Delivery
• Payment Preparation
• Stock Control
• Issue PO & Invoice, Packing List (to supplier & to customer)
• Receive P/O or kanban
• PO Confirmation (to the customer)
• Update forecast and control stock
• Coordinate with supplier & customer both in the country and abroad
• Customs clearance concern (Control and/or perform customs-related work)
• Adjust documents
• Inventory Stock
• Making document for submit & follow
• Support Teams (such as, Quotation issue, Quality concern)

Kualifikasi

• Vocational Certificate/Bachelor's degree in any fields
• Have an experience at least 2 years (Experience in import and export work, take care of customers, especially in the automotive industry or Steel Bar)
• Good command in English and good in basic computer skills, email, etc.
• Have a service mind, good personality and a team player
• To be polite, diligent, courteous and self-motivated
• Self-confidence and able to solve unexpected problems
• High sense of responsibility
• Pleasant personality, good human relation and coordination
• Be healthy
• Can work well under pressure
