Kewajiban
• Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials
• Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation
• Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
• Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
• Meets with restaurant managers regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs
Kualifikasi
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
• Excellent personal presentation and Service minded
• Experience of at least 1 years as a Restaurant Waiter, Server in Michelin Star Restaurant, five star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent command of English, second language : French, Chinese or Japanese would be an advantage.
• A passion for service excellence & customer satisfaction.
