Detail posisi

This is a full-time on-site role as a Finance Manager located in Pattaya at Highgate International School Thailand. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial reports to support decision-making processes.

Kewajiban

• Budget Management: Developing, monitoring, and managing the school's annual budget. This includes preparing financial reports and statements for school administrators and governing bodies
• Financial Planning and Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting. This involves preparing financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
• Financial Forecasting: Creating financial forecasts to predict future financial performance based on historical data and current trends. This helps in anticipating potential financial challenges and opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with educational regulations and policies, as well as local tax submissions
• Risk Management: Implementing and monitoring risk management policies to safeguard the school's assets
• Strategic Planning: Supporting the leadership team with strategic planning and managing school fundraising initiatives.

Kualifikasi

• Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis skills
• Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Compliance
• Experience with an educational institution an advantage
• Financial Reporting and Data Analysis skills
• Experience in Education Finance or Non-Profit Finance
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and Analytical mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
• Good written and spoken English and Thai
• Microsoft Office Skills.
