Detail posisi

The AR Account Receivable Officer at Siam Music Yamaha Company Limited is responsible for managing accounts receivable tasks, including daily bank statement checks, invoicing, and preparing cash inflow reports.

Kewajiban

• Daily checking bank statement
• Issue receipt and send to customers
• Additional issue invoice and/or credit note
• Daily prepare supporting documents for cash inflow report of each banks
• Issue Invoice to Oversea and Domestic
• Receive in system for staff salary deduction
• UPC Collection (Billing statement + Follow up + Sending mails)
• Daily check and unlock Hold (C1)
• Set up AR master file
• Monthly AR aging report GL
• GL _ Cheque on hand , AR Overall , Allowance of bad debts , Customer Deposit
• GL _ Suspend Output VAT
• Sending documents to dealers (receipts and etc.)
• Any jobs assign by supervisor / manager

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree Accounting field, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in AR function
• Computer skill in Microsoft Office , JDE program.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Be start work immediately.
