Join our team as a Senior Account Manager, where you'll manage and grow our customer base in Thailand, focusing on machinery and equipment sales. This role offers the opportunity to create mutually beneficial solutions for customers while helping the company to achieve its sales targets and regional goals. Location of work; Bangkok., Thailand.
โข Meet budgeted sales and margins for your assigned territory.
โข Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
โข Develop new customer relationships within your territory.
โข Build strong networks with customers and their organizations.
โข Establish strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers.
โข Identify market potential and create sales plans.
โข Conduct customer needs analysis to tailor solutions.
โข Negotiate pricing and issue price lists effectively.
โข Present quotes that align with company policies.
โข Maintain an updated sales pipeline in the Sales Data Warehouse.
โข Oversee the entire Master agreement contract process.
โข Ensure project execution while maintaining customer contact.
โข Initiate product development strategies through the Product Development Plan.
โข Represent the company at industry events and network with organizations.
โข Bachelor Degree or equivalent
โข Good command of English
โข Proficient with Microsoft Office products for use in a sales management environment
โข Minimum 15 years experience in capital equipment sales particularly in the packaging industry
โข Established customer base and network within the rigid container market
โข Significant rigid container equipment, market and industry knowledge
โข Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition
โข Sales management experience; excellent negotiation skills
โข Good communication and presentation skills
โข Action results oriented mindset
