The Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and improve performance across various functions.

Kewajiban

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical methods, data visualization, and other analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with stakeholders.
• Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate the findings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• To support cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operation in terms of data technical basis.
• Ad-hoc analysis

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of working in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience in analyzing a large amount of data to find the clear specific data insight or trend (Retail business preferable)
• Intermediate to advance in MS excel
• Knowledge of data analysis tools e.g. SQL, python is preferable
• Knowledge of data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI is preferable
• Accountability and Responsibility. Independent. Project management.
• Strong Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
