Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures that align with Thai regulations.
• Conducting regular safety and environmental audits, inspections, and risk assessments throughout the hospitals and clinics and all companies.
• Managing and overseeing incident investigations, including root cause analysis, and maintaining accurate records of safety incidents.
• Collaborating with hospital leadership and department heads to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Overseeing emergency response and evacuation procedures, ensuring readiness for any critical situations.
• Providing HSE training, education, and awareness programs for hospital staff and ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Liaising with local healthcare regulatory bodies and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and standards in the healthcare sector.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Substantial experience in HSE management.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or Certification in HSE (e.g., OSHA) is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in crisis management and problem-solving related to healthcare safety and environmental issues.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in both English and Thai.
