Kewajiban
• Design, implement, maintain, and standardize IT infrastructure for all branches.
• Monitor network performance and security to identify and address issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain network backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist in troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security measures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation on network infrastructure and procedures.
• Lead IT projects, effectively meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in network infrastructure design and management.
• Proficiency in Synology NAS, ERP, and cloud system technology.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining network backups, including LAN & WAN technologies, switches, FortiGate firewall, ISO 27001, and remote access.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for network-related issues and the ability to provide technical support to end-users.
• Knowledge of network security best practices and experience in implementing security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in both English and Thai.
