â€Ē Supervise service operations in both Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) departments to achieve maximum efficiency.
â€Ē Coordinate with medical and nursing teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
â€Ē Monitor and improve services to enhance the patient and family experience.
â€Ē Analyze and evaluate patient satisfaction data and propose service improvement plans.
â€Ē Develop and train staff to enhance service capabilities.
â€Ē Manage resources within the service department to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

â€Ē Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Hospital Management, or a related field.
â€Ē Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management in hospitals or clinics.
â€Ē Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
â€Ē Understanding of international standards such as JCI (Joint Commission International) is highly preferred.
â€Ē Good proficiency in English.
