ตำแหน่ง Transportation Coordinator จะรับผิดชอบในการจัดการเอกสาร Invoice และการติดตามการส่งมอบเอกสารให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา

Kewajiban

• รับและตรวจสอบ Invoice และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องจากพนักงานขับให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
• ติดตามและควบคุมเอกสาร Invoice กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• นำส่ง Invoice ให้กับฝ่ายบัญชีอย่างครบถ้วน ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
• สรุปและรวบรวมรายงานการรับคืน Invoice ทั้งแบบ Daily, Weekly และ Monthly อย่างถูกต้องตรงเวลา
• อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Kualifikasi

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการ รับ เก็บ ส่งเอกสาร อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ด้านการจัดการหรือบริหารธุรกิจ
• ความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดทำสรุปข้อมูล และรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชา
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Excel - Microsoft Office ในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถใช้ SAPได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานช่วงเวลา 21.00 – 06.00 น. ได้
• มีประสบการณ์การขอใบอนุญาตโอนหรือย้ายสัตว์หรือซากสัตว์ภายในราชอาณาจักร (ร.3 ร.4) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
