• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Forecast future operational needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and supervise warehouse operations and logistics performance to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement SCM system improvements by analyzing workflow, staffing, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Design and optimize warehouse and logistics layouts, product flow, and product handling systems, evaluating and recommending new equipment.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
• Accomplish supply chain management and organizational goals by completing related tasks as required.
• Develop and manage operational budgets.
• Manage the P&L of the Supply Chain Management department.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities and Initiate cost-saving projects focused on process improvement, waste reduction, and automation to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity.
• Oversee and manage external service providers or contractors by planning, vendor selection, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Optimize the outsourcing process, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Monitor contractors’ performance and address any issues or concerns.
• Coach and develop team members on work performance and recommend development plans as needed.
• Accomplish supply chain management and organizational goals by completing related tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management roles.
• 5+ years of experience in a management position.
• Experience in Cold Chain Logistics, Warehouse Management for consumer products or FMCG.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex operations and maintain efficiency.
• Proven leadership qualities to motivate and guide teams.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
